Once of our engineers reported back that a call we sent him on recently was caused by a severe build-up of Limescale and to resolve he had to run through a solution tank descaling procedure several times before the machine would dispense water onto the floor again. The call originated from a customer in Stoke-on-Trent who operate a discount store there; they reported that their Viper Fang 20 HD scrubber dryer would not dispense cleaning fluid onto the floor during operation and suspecting a mechanical fault requested an engineer attend and fix the problem. As we already had an engineer in the Stoke area, we were able to attend on the same day. As an authorised Viper Cleaning service centre we stock a comprehensive range of spare parts including the Viper Fang Recovery Hose which uses vacuum pressure to transfer dirty water picked up from the rubber squeegee blades at the back of the machine into the recovery tank. The hose is external to the main housing and can be prone to damage, and like any pressurised hose on a car engine, it will end up degrading over time and need replacing. Recently we received a call from a packing company requesting assistance with their scrubber dryer which had stopped dispersing detergent onto the floor being cleaned.
