They were experiencing an issue with rollers on their Karcher BR40/25C floor scrubber which is an older model and no longer part of the Karcher range. A specialist flooring company based in Coventry , called us recently to ask if we could repair their Viper VE 17P Floor Buffer. The new head of cleaning services at a school in Blackburn , Lancashire recently made contact with us about repairing a Karcher BR40/25 after finding us via the Google Search Engine. She wanted to know if we carried out repairs and services on machines that hadn't been purchased from ourselves. We confirmed that indeed we did. With a lower productivity rate and slightly smaller chassis the Viper Fang 20HD Scrubber Drier is classed by Viper Cleaning as a Medium sized “Heavy Duty” model in the Viper Fang range. The number 20 actually relates to the 51cm cleaning width of the machine, i.e. 20 inches.
