Following a call from a discount store in Nantwich , Cheshire reporting that the vacuum hose on their floor scrubber dryer had split.  Discount stores have become very popular around the UK and this store in the market town of Nantwich was no different offering a wide range of goods at bargain prices.  Naturally being so busy the store was concerned that with the machine out of action they would struggle to keep the floors clean and required a quick resolution.   We have a number of machine engineers so after capturing all the necessary details for the work report we sent one of our engineers to the store to make the vacuum hose repair or replace the hose if required. An existing customer contacted us from a discount retail Store in Manchester requesting our assistance with their floor scrubber dryer which had a perished vacuum tank seal resulting in a loss of suction and dirty water being left on the floor being cleaned.
