We recently received a call from the cleaning manager of a large Lincolnshire outlet store to report that their scrubber dryer was marking tiles when cleaning the store floor. Clearly the machine should not be scratching or marking the floor during cleaning, so we added the store to one of our engineers call lists so that we could get to the bottom of the problem. Clearing large areas of debris due to weather or activities can be labour intensive and quite a problem if you need to do it on a regular basis. This was the case recently at a retail store in Grimsby , Lincolnshire where we were asked to attend in order to resolve a suction issue with their floor cleaning machine.
