Long Term Hire of Viper Cleaning Machines in Newcastle

Earlier this year we were contacted by company in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne about the hire of a viper floor cleaning machine. They had already purchased a Viper cleaning machine from us two years ago and impressed with its efficiency now wanted to expand their cleaning machine fleet. 

The company specialise in the manufacturer of car brake linings and required a machine for cleaning the floor in their factory. With a large area to keep clean and a manufacturing process that has the potential to generate a lot of debris mechanical assistance was needed.

Working During the COVID-19 Outbreak

After discussing their requirements over the phone, we organised a demonstration of a couple of machines at their premises in Newcastle. This was much easier to do before the COVID-19 outbreak, these days we need to take more precautions including the use of sanitiser spray, wearing single use PPE, and working outside where possible. We even thoroughly wipe down all machinery prior to handover. 

The two machines we felt were most suitable for cleaning the factory floors were a Viper AS710R Battery Ride on Scrubber Dryer and a new Viper AS430B Battery Scrubber Dryer. We felt two Viper cleaning machines would be needed as the Ride on Scrubber dryer would be most suitable for quickly cleaning the walkways and open spaces whilst a smaller more manoeuvrable machine would be needed to get into the tight spaces between equipment.

Factory Floor Viper Cleaning Machine Demonstration

We visited the site to demonstrate an ex-demonstration model Viper AS710R Battery Ride on Scrubber Dryer and a new Viper AS430B Battery Scrubber Dryer. There were quite a few members of staff eager to try out the machines, as you can see from the pictures, they really enjoyed themselves. Especially the Viper AS710R Ride on Scrubber Dryer! 


The company decided to hire both machines for a long-term period and having dealt with this company previously, we were able to set up the hire agreement paperwork quickly.


Viper AS430B Battery Scrubber Dryer

The Viper AS430B battery powered scrubber dryer is a simple to use medium-size machine and a perfect solution for scrubbing and drying in mid-sized and heavy-traffic areas. It’s ideally suitable for the daily indoor factory floor cleaning as well as hotels, restaurants, schools, shopping malls, retail outlets etc. Additionally, its slim width of 61cm combined with excellent manoeuvrability provides the flexibility to clean around equipment in factories whilst being small enough to fit into a lift. The cleaning solution tank and recovery tank are integrated into one moulded part which creates higher tank capacity. The body architecture helps to increase tank capacity for longer cleaning operations with one fill and the cover of recovery tank is much bigger than competitor products making it easier to clean. All of which saves you time!

Viper AS710R Battery Ride on Scrubber Dryer

The large capacity and performance of the Viper AS710R makes it ideal for the daily cleaning all kinds off large indoor floor surfaces including tiling, vinyl, sealed wood, stone, and concrete etc. It’s compact, robust and simple to operate with an intuitive dashboard and user-friendly menus that keeps the training requirement to a minimum. Like all Viper Cleaning products both these machines are user-friendly and easy to operate. Both machines are now in operation at the customers premises and I am pleased to report the company have since let us know they were very satisfied with our service and their new cleaning equipment.
