The head caretaker at a high school in East London contacted us to report that their Viper Fang 20HD scrubber dryer has a water leak. The school was situated in the town of Barking , in the East London borough of Barking and Dagenham which is roughly a three hour trip from our base in Shropshire. We actually provide services to a larger number schools and colleges throughout the country so travelling down to East London is not an unusual request for our service engineers. For this callout, a customer contacted us from a large discount store in Blackburn to report their Viper Fang 20HD cleaning machine had a charging failure. With the machine failing to charge it was effectively inoperative and it was important we rectify the issue as they use the machine daily. The store was based in Blackburn , Lancashire , a large town in the county and a location often visited by our engineers due to the large number of retail customers we have there. Charging Failure Fault Finding Our engineer travelled north from our headquarters in Shropshire, to the discount retail store in Blackburn , Lancashire.
