School Floor Cleaning with a Comac Visper 35b in Preston

A3 Machines have a long history of servicing the needs of schools and colleges around the country and recently a school in the Lancashire town of Preston asked our sales team to visit and recommend a new machine. School floors experience a lot of foot traffic during term time and to keep them in a clean state you need a machined that can negotiate corridors and perform an effective scrub of hard surfaces and carpet tiles. The school was an existing customer, we had sold to them in the past and were currently servicing those machines. Even so, we recommended popping down to the school so we could carry out a fresh site survey, understand any issues they were experiencing and demonstrate a new machine. Specifying exactly the right machine for any given situation is a specialty of ours and this is especially important when it comes to school floor cleaning where you must take child safety into account. We do a lot of work supplying and maintaining floor cleaning machines at schools and colleges and have become quite familiar with their unique requirements. A couple of weeks ago we were contacted by a head teacher who having received a copy of our latest floor cleaning brochure felt the time had come to upgrade from their mop and bucket method of school floor cleaning to a more effective machine. I say effective as mopping simply moves dirt and germs from one area across to another where as a machine will scrub, rinse and dry a floor in a single pass. Normally schools leave the job of intensive cleaning to the end of term holidays but with a scrubber dryer you can ensure the floor is scrubbed clean daily. The head teacher also wanted to be prepared for the onset of winter which will...

A3 Machines recently received a request from the head of the contract cleaning company that services Deykin Avenue School in Witton , they need a machine to help with the school floor cleaning and wanted our assistance to select the right machine. They had received a copy of our brochures a few months ago and having won the contract to clean the school, were now looking for a floor cleaning machine to keep on site at the school. Up until recently the cleaning had been done in-house. Were currently working on a new brochure which should be ready in June, if you would like a copy do let us know and we will post one to you when its ready.      School Floor Cleaning at Deykin Avenue School Having asked all the relevant questions i.e. what of type of floors, floor coverings and area, we suggested that we come down to the school and demonstrate the most suitable floor cleaning machine for the job. We like to really get to know our customers and understand their n...

Recently we were asked to pop down to a Preparatory School in Southgate in North London to help a with the selection of the the right machine for School Floor Cleaning. Schools are always a pleasure to visit although normally quite hectic however this visit took place during the autumn half term holidays so we had the whole school to ourselves. Choosing the Right Floor Cleaning Machine Coming after a full term has ended was quite useful as we could clearly see the impact of two months of foot traffic which helped us get a better understanding of their requirements. The premises are in a two storey building consisting of a large dining hall/assembly hall, two offices and approximately fifteen classrooms. There are also a number of long corridors to take into consideration.   The floor in the hall is a concrete base with a vinyl floor covering. The corridors and classrooms are laminated. Because of high traffic areas around the school, the floor surfaces soon become very d...
