Our service team recently responded to a call regarding a leaking Viper Fang 20HD scrubber dryer. The customer was from a Berkshire branch of “ Office Outlet ”, a supplier of office and stationery products with over 90 stores in the UK from Aberdeen to York (alphabetically speaking). The main fault they described was that the machine was leaking dirty water back on to the floor instead of extracting it back into the recovery tank.
