Viper Fang Caster Replacement for Retailer in Rochdale
We received a phone call from a customer who reported an unusual issue with their floor cleaning machine. According to the customer, a rear viper fang caster (to give its full title) had come loose from their scrubber dryer a few weeks earlier. It seems they still been able to use the machine although it felt “a little lopsided”, however realising this problem needed to be resolved they decided to give us a call. The customer was based in a retail store in Rochdale , Greater Manchester , where the Rochdale Exchange and the Wheatsheaf Shopping Centres offer a wide variety of shops for customers in the town. With a population of just over 200,000 the retail stores in the area and very busy, as are the machines cleaning their floors, so it’s not surprising they kept on using the machine for so long before reporting it.
