A3 Floor Cleaning Machines

One of our customers in Chester asked for one of our engineers to pay them a visit due to an unusual problem with their Viper Fang 20HD floor scrubber. They reported that their floor cleaning machine was vibrating badly and as you will find out below was due to the pad retaining board. The store was situated in Chester, Cheshire, a walled city notable for its local retail trade, including the large Cheshire Oaks Retail Park and Broughton Retail Park. The store cleaning team had a responsibility to keep the floors in the store looking to a high standard and clear of any obstacles for customers. Given that the store had a number of fixtures, shelving units and other bays designed to display clothing, the staff needed a machine that could move around the store and deliver a rigorous clean. They chose the Viper Fang 20HD Battery Operated Walk Behind Scrubber Dryer . However due to the vibration problem it had been taken out of use and so urgently needed the problem resolving so the mach...

On this occasion, a call came through to our service line from a fashion retailer who reported that their floor cleaning machine had a loss of vacuum pressure and was not recovering dirty water. This meant that the dirty waste water was being left in puddles on the floor during operation which was clearly not ideal. The store was located in Nuneaton , Warwickshire which was once home to textile and manufacturing industries however these days it’s largely a commuter town for nearby Coventry and Birmingham and so has developed numerous shopping facilities such as the Abbeygate and Ropewalk shopping centres to service the local demand. Diagnosing the Loss of Vacuum One of our engineers was dispatched to the Nuneaton fashion retailer to investigate why the floor cleaning machine was not recovering the waste left behind by the cleaning process. The machine was a Viper Fang 24T Pedestrian Scrubber Dryer which is a popular machine with out customers and one with which we have a lot of ex...

Another call we received over the Christmas holidays was a call from a fashion retail store regarding the malfunction of their Karcher BR40/25 scrubber drier. The store was located in Birmingham , West Midlands. Birmingham is the second largest city in the United Kingdom and known as the “Workshop of the World” for its history of cutting edge development in the sciences and industry. Incidentally Birmingham also has a rich artistic culture, ranging from literature, (the home of J.R.R Tolkein, author of The Lord of the Rings ) to music, as it is the origin of Heavy Metal. Getting back to the story, the owner of the independent fashion store contacted us to say the brushes on his floor cleaning machine were not rotating when the machine was powered on. He had bought his machine from another supplier but could not get any assistance from them as they were closed throughout the Christmas period. He had found our number by using the Google search engine. We were only too happy to help ou...

We received a call from the cleaning operations staff at a fashion retailer regarding their Floor Cleaning Machine . The customer had reported that their machine, a Viper Fang 24T purchased a few years back from another supplier, had stopped working. They had found out about our services through one of our marketing mail shots and noted that in addition to selling new and reconditioned machines we also offer nationwide service and repairs of all types of floor cleaning machines. The retail park was located in Manchester which I’m sure your aware is a major city in the northwest of England with a rich industrial heritage that started with the textile industry. As well as its engineering and scientific achievements it probably most famous globally for its football clubs. Assessing the Floor Cleaning Machine As a large retail park in a very busy city, the site attracts customers from all over the country. As such, it features vast areas of floor space and sees heavy customer foot...
