Once of our engineers reported back that a call we sent him on recently was caused by a severe build-up of Limescale and to resolve he had to run through a solution tank descaling procedure several times before the machine would dispense water onto the floor again. The call originated from a customer in Stoke-on-Trent who operate a discount store there; they reported that their Viper Fang 20 HD scrubber dryer would not dispense cleaning fluid onto the floor during operation and suspecting a mechanical fault requested an engineer attend and fix the problem. A3 Machines were delighted to be invited to give a floor cleaning demonstration at the prestigious showroom of Arnold Clark in Stafford by the manager of their contract cleaning company. The showroom is approximately six years old and until recently was the largest car showroom in Europe, in fact at the time of writing they have 389 used cars for sale at the Stafford branch. Having previously asked all the relevant questions, e.g. type of floor, floor area etc, we were able to take along the most suitable machine for the job.
