A multi-retail park in Rockingham , logged a call with our machine servicing team recently to report that their Viper Fang 24T commercial floor scrubber wasn’t working properly and needed an engineer on-site to correct the problem and put it back into operation. With a lower productivity rate and slightly smaller chassis the Viper Fang 20HD Scrubber Drier is classed by Viper Cleaning as a Medium sized “Heavy Duty” model in the Viper Fang range. The number 20 actually relates to the 51cm cleaning width of the machine, i.e. 20 inches. We received a call from a cleaning contractor who runs a cleaning team at discount retail store regarding a floor scrubber machine . The store reported that their machine had recently started to leak water whilst in operation and naturally concerned they decided to call us in to have the machine inspected and repaired.
