A large discount retail store had contacted us to see if reparations could be made to their Viper Fang 24T floor cleaning machine. The store is located in Port Talbot , Neath Port Talbot in South Wales. The town is notable for its steelworks, one of the largest of its kind in the world and did you know it will also be home to the world’s largest biomass power stations. Assessing the Machine Our engineer arrived at the large discount retail store in Port Talbot to isolate the source of the problem the customer was experiencing with their machine. As a large store in the town, it had a vast area of tiled flooring , which, because of regular customer foot fall and trolley traffic, needs consistent cleaning to meet store and hygiene standards.
