Assessing the Karcher Damage One of our engineers left our headquarters in Shropshire to make the journey down to the Retail Store in Bristol to assess the damage to the floor cleaning machine they used. The store had company standards to meet and part of this was keeping the floors looking immaculate for customers. The maintenance manager of a large retail store in the old market town of Frome , contacted us recently to report that their floor cleaning machine was cutting out after a mere 10 minutes of operation. An existing customer contacted us from a discount retail Store in Manchester requesting our assistance with their floor scrubber dryer which had a perished vacuum tank seal resulting in a loss of suction and dirty water being left on the floor being cleaned. The seals on Scrubber Dryers need to be maintained or air will leak into the system causing it to loose pressure and reduce the effectiveness of the vacuum system which lifts soiled cleaning solution from the floor and deposits it in the recovery tank. The goal of our team of A3 Engineers is to keep your cleaning team operational, normally this means making repair on-site however if that's not possible an alternative solution has to be found. We received a phone call from a customer who reported an unusual issue with their floor cleaning machine. This was one such occasion where an engineer was needed to provide Viper Fang Training to the staff at a large retail store. It's worth noting that many of our call outs could in fact be prevented if simple maintenance measures such as filter cleaning are followed – this would in turn save the customer the inconvenience and expense of having to have one of our engineers travel out to the site.  This was one such case.
