Following a call from a discount store in Nantwich , Cheshire reporting that the vacuum hose on their floor scrubber dryer had split.  Discount stores have become very popular around the UK and this store in the market town of Nantwich was no different offering a wide range of goods at bargain prices.  Naturally being so busy the store was concerned that with the machine out of action they would struggle to keep the floors clean and required a quick resolution.   We have a number of machine engineers so after capturing all the necessary details for the work report we sent one of our engineers to the store to make the vacuum hose repair or replace the hose if required. The head of cleaning for a major retail store in Bristol , South West England contacted us to report that they had a damaged Karcher BR40/25 scrubber dryer that needed repairing. As a major city in the UK, Bristol boasts a large amount of retail stores many of which are our clients, so we are often in the area. An existing customer contacted us from a discount retail Store in Manchester requesting our assistance with their floor scrubber dryer which had a perished vacuum tank seal resulting in a loss of suction and dirty water being left on the floor being cleaned. The seals on Scrubber Dryers need to be maintained or air will leak into the system causing it to loose pressure and reduce the effectiveness of the vacuum system which lifts soiled cleaning solution from the floor and deposits it in the recovery tank. A3 Machines recently received a call from the cleaning manager of a large retail discount store asking if we would be able to do a Karcher Repair and Service. They were experiencing an issue with rollers on their Karcher BR40/25C floor scrubber which is an older model and no longer part of the Karcher range. The store was located in Birmingham which is just over an hour’s drive from our premises and familiar ground for our Engineers due to the large array of shops and retailers in the City Centre and surrounding areas. The goal of our team of A3 Engineers is to keep your cleaning team operational, normally this means making repair on-site however if that's not possible an alternative solution has to be found. One such alternative is to make a temporary repair to the machine as long it is still safe to operate. The new head of cleaning services at a school in Blackburn , Lancashire recently made contact with us about repairing a Karcher BR40/25 after finding us via the Google Search Engine. She wanted to know if we carried out repairs and services on machines that hadn't been purchased from ourselves. We confirmed that indeed we did. She then went on to inform us that she had recently took on the role of head of cleaning and whilst going through all the equipment, had found the Karcher BR40/25 walk behind scrubber dryer which was in a sorry state. It's worth noting that many of our call outs could in fact be prevented if simple maintenance measures such as filter cleaning are followed – this would in turn save the customer the inconvenience and expense of having to have one of our engineers travel out to the site.  This was one such case.
