Cleaning Machine Training at Kettering B&M

Our A3 engineers have such a detailed knowledge of the equipment they service we find they are well placed to provide cleaning machine training, also being mobile gives them the advantage of being able to provide that training at a customer’s site. Having staff trained in the operation and maintenance procedures of a machine will save you down time and money, it also makes sense from a health and safety perspective.

One company we deal with on a regular basis who appreciate the need to train their staff are B&M stores and recently they requested an engineer to visit their Kettering store to provide cleaning machine training to the cleaning team there. Kettering is a medium sized town in the county of Northamptonshire that had great transport links to the midlands and to London via public transport and local motorway access.

Providing Cleaning Machine Training

A3 Machines always give full on-site training with the delivery of every machine but over time you generally find due to staff turnover that knowledge get lost so it's worth setting up a refresher course. The B and M store in Kettering was no different and following some staff changes the store manager requested that we attend to give provide the training.

Our engineer made his way to the store in Kettering, Northamptonshire to deliver training to the staff there. If you are an avid reader of our A3 Machines Repair blog, you will already be aware that most of the issues our engineers face are related to operator error which naturally can be avoided with the relevant cleaning machine training.

On this occasion the machine being used in the store was the popular Viper Fang 24T scrubber dryer which is a powerful yet manoeuvrable machine, measuring 141 x 66 x 100cm. Like most scrubber dryers on the market today It works by virtue of its two large tanks, one of which releases clean water and detergent on to the floor and the second for the recovery of the dirty water from the back of the machine after being scrubbed into the floor by the rotary brush or pad fitted underneath.
