As an authorised Viper Cleaning service centre we stock a comprehensive range of spare parts including the Viper Fang Recovery Hose which uses vacuum pressure to transfer dirty water picked up from the rubber squeegee blades at the back of the machine into the recovery tank. The hose is external to the main housing and can be prone to damage, and like any pressurised hose on a car engine, it will end up degrading over time and need replacing. As a result, our Engineers always make sure they carry a full set of hoses and seals for the Viper range of cleaning machines before setting off for the day. Following a call from a discount store in Nantwich , Cheshire reporting that the vacuum hose on their floor scrubber dryer had split.  Discount stores have become very popular around the UK and this store in the market town of Nantwich was no different offering a wide range of goods at bargain prices.  Naturally being so busy the store was concerned that with the machine out of action they would struggle to keep the floors clean and required a quick resolution.   We have a number of machine engineers so after capturing all the necessary details for the work report we sent one of our engineers to the store to make the vacuum hose repair or replace the hose if required. Our service team recently responded to a call regarding a leaking Viper Fang 20HD scrubber dryer. The customer was from a Berkshire branch of “ Office Outlet ”, a supplier of office and stationery products with over 90 stores in the UK from Aberdeen to York (alphabetically speaking).
