A3 Floor Cleaning Machines

A3 Machines recently took a call from Sony DADC in Enfield who were looking for a company to make a Fimap MR60B Repair , it seems the scrubber dryer was not dispensing detergent onto the floor during operation making it ineffective. Warehouse Floor Cleaning at Sony DADC Sony DADC are a leading provider of physical distribution solutions to the entertainment industry which includes manufacturing and distribution of digital media. Part of this global solution includes the operation of an impressive distribution warehouse in Enfield. The warehouse is very busy and with such a large floor area to keep clean they operate a battery powered ride-on Fimap MR60B scrubber dryer to keep on top of debris and other soiling that would build up over the course of the daily running of the facility. Interesting Fimap categorise this machine as a small scrubber dryer for the cleaning of large commercial or industrial areas up to 6,500 square meters where as their medium sized Fimap MG85B can cove...

A3 Machines recently received a call from the cleaning manager of a large retail discount store asking if we would be able to do a Karcher Repair and Service. They were experiencing an issue with rollers on their Karcher BR40/25C floor scrubber which is an older model and no longer part of the Karcher range. The store was located in Birmingham which is just over an hour’s drive from our premises and familiar ground for our Engineers due to the large array of shops and retailers in the City Centre and surrounding areas. Karcher Repair and Service One of our engineers made the relatively short journey over to Birmingham, travelling to our customer in the large discount store. The high footfall that the store attracted will obviously result in the build up of dirt, meaning cleaning the floors regularly was an absolute necessity. The cleaning staff relied on the Karcher BR40/25C Scrubber Dryer to clean the floors of the store and so needed it the machines operational as quickly as pos...

The new head of cleaning services at a school in Blackburn , Lancashire recently made contact with us about repairing a Karcher BR40/25 after finding us via the Google Search Engine. She wanted to know if we carried out repairs and services on machines that hadn't been purchased from ourselves. We confirmed that indeed we did. She then went on to inform us that she had recently took on the role of head of cleaning and whilst going through all the equipment, had found the Karcher BR40/25 walk behind scrubber dryer which was in a sorry state. Servicing a Karcher BR40/25 One of our engineers set off North to Blackburn out to take a look at the machine and see if it could be brought back into service. Together with the head of cleaning, they were able to establish that the machine was around six years old. He checked over the machine and it was agreed that it was beyond economical repair . This simply means that it would cost more to repair the machine and replace worn parts than ...

On this occasion our service team took a call from a customer at a car dealership who reported an issue with their Karcher B 40 scrubber dryer .  There was an issue with the roller brushes on the machine, which kept “falling out”; it was clearly a mechanical failure that would need a visit from one of our engineers to resolve.  The car dealership was situated in Nuneaton , Warwickshire , not too far away from our base of operations in Shropshire and easily reached via the new M6 Toll road. Due to its proximity to Birmingham and Coventry , Nuneaton is largely a commuter town and as such is an ideal location for retail outlets and car dealerships. Repairing a Karcher B 40 Stocked with spare Karcher B40 parts our engineer was dispatched to the car dealership in Nuneaton to assess the customer’s floor cleaning machine to resolve the problem which resulted in the motorised roller brushes becoming loose. The car dealership had large areas of tiled floor space which needed ...
