A call came in from a discount retailer regarding one of their cleaning machines which was leaking due to accidental damage sustained during its operation. You might think this was a long distance to travel for a Shropshire based firm but we service machines all over the country and were happy to let the customer know that an engineer would be sent to repair the machine.
Upon inspection, it was noticed that the front filter had been damaged. As all of our engineers carry a comprehensive stock of parts on their vans, he was able to replace the damaged filter with a new one. After replacing the damaged filter, a full inspection was carried out and the machine was once again working without any leakage.

Advice on preventative maintenance and proper care of the machines is something that is always offered to customers.
