We received a call from a representative at a large multi-retail store in Warrington who reported that their floor cleaning machine was no longer charging. We stock replacement Viper Fang 20 parts and we suspected the most likely cause was the charger. With a lower productivity rate and slightly smaller chassis the Viper Fang 20HD Scrubber Drier is classed by Viper Cleaning as a Medium sized “Heavy Duty” model in the Viper Fang range. The number 20 actually relates to the 51cm cleaning width of the machine, i.e. 20 inches. On this occasion, we received a call from a retail store indicating that their Karcher floor scrubber had broken down and needed repair.
