Multiple Viper Fang 24T Parts for Bucks Retailer
We received a call from a retailer to find out about Viper Fang 24T Parts. It seems their floor cleaning machine had a number of notable faults which needed rectifying and so a full service visit was booked. The retail store was located in Buckinghamshire, a busy county that borders London and Oxfordshire and comprises of densely populated towns such as High Wycombe, Amersham and Chesham. This means lots of customers and potential business for local retailers and larger stores alike.
Upon arrival, our engineer was shocked at the condition of the floor cleaning machine and it became clear why the enquiry had related to Viper Fang 24T parts. Firstly, both drive clutches had been completely cut off. Secondly, the vacuum motor was not operating at all and on top of this, two wheels were missing. The suction rubber was utterly worn down and the keys to operate the machine had gone missing as well. The machine was in a very sorry state!
All of these things taken together meant that unfortunately, the machine could not be repaired there and then on site. Although we keep a lot of Viper Fang 24T parts to hand some of the parts needed to make the repairs would had to be ordered in. Our engineer had come prepared however and was able to leave them with a loan machine whilst their machine was brought back to our workshop in Shropshire.
Once the replacement parts had arrived at the workshop, our engineer fitted two new drive clutches, two new wheels, new suction rubbers, and a new vacuum motor, he was also able to arrange for a new set of keys. After making these repairs, the machine was fully tested including electrical PAT testing, before being delivered back to the store and exchanged for their loan machine. Whilst there, our engineer gave full advice on preventative maintenance, which included, it goes without saying, that it is inadvisable to cut off the drive clutches (we never found out who was responsible). As a result of our visit, one person has been put in sole control of the machine.

Viper Fang 24 Battery Powered Pedestrian Scrubber Dryer
The Viper Fang 24T Scrubber Dryer is a robust machine. Measuring 141 x 66 x 100cm, it is housed in moulded plastic but its size means that it is durable whilst also being manoeuvrable. It is protected by front and rear collision protection and an impact-proof cover. It works in virtue of two tanks, one of which releases clean water and chemicals. The brushes then scrub the floor and the dirty water is sucked up as the machine moves over it, depositing the dirty water in the second tank.
