A3 Machines fulfil floor cleaning machine service contracts for some very large organisations including British Telecom who have various locations throughout the UK. Our service contract which is fulfilled by our team of factory trained engineers includes on-site breakdown cover and preventative maintenance on all types and brands of cleaning and industrial equipment. Multiple Viper Fang 24T Parts for Bucks Retailer

Image
We received a call from a retailer to find out about Viper Fang 24T Parts . It seems their floor cleaning machine had a number of notable faults which needed rectifying and so a full service visit was booked. The retail store was located in Buckinghamshire , a busy county that borders London and Oxfordshire and comprises of densely populated towns such as High Wycombe, Amersham and Chesham. This means lots of customers and potential business for local retailers and larger stores alike. Replacing Viper Fang 24T Parts Armed with spare Viper Fang 24T parts and a replacement machine our engineer made the journey to the retail store in Buckinghamshire. As a retail store in a busy area, the staff needed to ensure that the floors in the store were clean, not merely to keep things safe for customers, but also to maintain the floors in the face of scuffmarks and soiling from the high footfall the store receives. They were keen to get the machine operational again and should our Engineer not ...

ISAL PB106 Ride on Sweeper Repaired Sports Club in Shrewsbury

Image
Last week we received a call from a sports club in Shrewsbury about their ISAL PB106 Ride on Sweeper which had developed a fault. Normally our engineers hit the road in the early hours to get to jobs around the country at a decent time so one of them was treated to a lie that day as the sports club is only 15 minutes drive away from our headquarters. The club has a variety of facilities available however in this case the machine was in use primarily to keep their Tennis courts clean and with regular use and a very active events program they soon accumulate dirt and debris. The customer had mentioned that the ISAL PB106 had stopped sucking up any debris and so was now out of action. Assessing the Machine Our engineer made the short journey to the club to take a look at the machine and discuss the problem with the facilities manger. Upon inspection, our engineer had noticed that the motor that controls the vacuum/central brush was not working. To understand the problem further he ...

We were contacted recently by the Head of Housekeeping for a major hotel in Blackpool who needed help with their SC2000 Steam Cleaner. The machine was quite worryingly giving off a burning smell when it was being used and the staff were concerned it may not be safe to use. Blackpool as I’m sure you’re aware is a popular Lancashire seaside resort famous for being a hotspot for domestic tourism, as many British seaside towns are. As such, there is an abundance of hotels and guest houses of different grades and sizes with the most desirable situated along the seafront. With promises of bringing back sticks of Blackpool Rock and a Kiss Me Quick hat our engineer hit the road to travel from our base of operations in Shropshire up to the seaside town of Blackpool. Blackpool is generally a busy resort, from family holidays to stag and hen parties to pensioners making the journey for some seaside nostalgia – as such, the hotel industry plays a big part. Competition for hotel customers is hug...

Scrubber Dryer Scratches Flooring at Oxford Retailer

Image
A member of our service team took a call from the store manager of a large discount store in Oxford to report that their Scrubber Dryer was scratching the floor. The machine was Viper Fang 20 and the perplexing thing was it had only been serviced six weeks prior so if anything it should be working perfectly. The discount store was located in the historic city of Oxford which is well known for it University and has become very popular with tourists. With a population of over 150,000 it also has a large retail industry where customers can find a multitude of places to shop including Broad Street, the Clarendon Shopping Centre, Conrnmarket Street as well as nearby retail parks. Scratching the Floor Issue The customer reported that their recently serviced floor cleaning machine was leaving scratch marks on the surface it was being used to clean. As a large store, you can imagine the large areas of floor space that needed to be kept clean each day following high volumes of customer fo...

Viper Fang Battery Replaced at Swansea Retail Store

Image
Our service team received a call from the head of cleaning at a retail store in Swansea who rang to report a problem with their Viper Fang battery which wasn’t holding a charge. Viper machines are very reliable and interestingly the machine had only covered 72 hours of operation and from our experience problems with batteries in new machines are quite a rare situation. Keen to diagnose the problem an engineer was sent down to South Wales to diagnose the problem and get the machine working again. Swansea is a busy city that originally developed out of the metal industry but now has a great deal of retail and office space recently becoming a base of operations for large corporations such as Amazon, Virgin Media and HSBC. Inspecting a Viper Fang Battery Armed with spares and a replacement machine our engineer made the trip to Swansea and met with the head of cleaning who was keen to get the machine back into operation. Retail stores have strict cleaning standards in order to keep...

Karcher B 40 Scubber Dryer Repaired at Nuneaton Car Dealership

Image
On this occasion our service team took a call from a customer at a car dealership who reported an issue with their Karcher B 40 scrubber dryer .  There was an issue with the roller brushes on the machine, which kept “falling out”; it was clearly a mechanical failure that would need a visit from one of our engineers to resolve.  The car dealership was situated in Nuneaton , Warwickshire , not too far away from our base of operations in Shropshire and easily reached via the new M6 Toll road. Due to its proximity to Birmingham and Coventry , Nuneaton is largely a commuter town and as such is an ideal location for retail outlets and car dealerships. Repairing a Karcher B 40 Stocked with spare Karcher B40 parts our engineer was dispatched to the car dealership in Nuneaton to assess the customer’s floor cleaning machine to resolve the problem which resulted in the motorised roller brushes becoming loose. The car dealership had large areas of tiled floor space which needed ...
