A3 Machines were recently contacted by Home Savers in Limerick , Southern Ireland.  This is a new Irish Supermarket company who are looking to expand their business in Ireland over the next few years. It is hoped that they will open a further 49 stores within the next three years. The stores will sell an array of goods at a discounted rate, from chocolate bars, to cleaning products, electrical goods, furniture, luggage, the list is endless. It’s not uncommon for untrained users of the Viper AS5160 to have problems with the charger connection and recently we were asked to visit a supermarket in Kirkby , Merseyside where this had happened. On this occasion, the customer reported that their floor cleaning machine was not charging, despite the battery having been left on charge overnight. Our engineers are always on the move and with quite a few customers in the Liverpool area we were able to send an engineer round quite quickly to investigate. Earlier this month, we provided a school in Ellesmere , Shropshire with a demonstration of a Viper Fang 24T floor cleaning machine which you can read about on  http://sales.a3machines.info . Sometimes, no matter how good a machine is, if the area it is expected to clean is too large, then it’s going to become exhausted and suffer a break down.  This was the case at a company in Nottinghamshire who manufacture sauces, dressings, mayonnaise and garlic butter.   To keep the floors of the factory clean they had been using a Numatic battery operated scrubber dryer which with a capacity of only 60 litres was in constant use resulting in breakdowns from over use.  We had attended the factory several times to carry out repairs to the machine and on each occasion our engineer advised them that the problem was that the machine was simply too small to carry out such a large task. An existing customer contacted us from a discount retail Store in Manchester requesting our assistance with their floor scrubber dryer which had a perished vacuum tank seal resulting in a loss of suction and dirty water being left on the floor being cleaned. The seals on Scrubber Dryers need to be maintained or air will leak into the system causing it to loose pressure and reduce the effectiveness of the vacuum system which lifts soiled cleaning solution from the floor and deposits it in the recovery tank.
